Icelandic singer Soley – Sóley Stefánsdóttir to use her full name – releases new album Ask The Deep today (11 May), and we have a stream of the record.

We’re previewing the new release, the singer’s first long player since 2011, to warm-up for The Q Stage The Great Escape Festival this Saturday (16 May). Soley is on the bill at St George’s Church along with Gaz Coombes, Bill Ryder Jones and Jane Weaver.

Promising a set of “fairytales that don’t end really well”, she’ll be showcasing tracks from Ask The Deep, so listen now – plus read our Q&A with the singer.
