WHO would play you in the film of your life?

Jean-Benoit Dunckel: A French Guy. Benoit Magimel. He needs to have an accent.

Bardi Johannsson: Christopher Walken, when he was younger. Some people say we have some similarities in look and speaking with a monotone voice.

WHAT are you currently working on?

JBD: I’m working on soundtrack for a French Documentary about young teenagers at school in difficult suburbs of Paris. It’s called Swagger. They talk about their lives, their expectations, their dreams, their fears… Interesting.

BJ: I am writing some ambient music inspired by Iceland. Cliché, right?

WHY do you do that thing you do?

JBD: Because it’s moving. I decided to follow the difficult path of doing music for independent movies because they are more true, real. It drives my inspiration for music. I learn things and new musical techniques.

BJ: I still don’t know why. I project emotions and clean out nice and hard feelings through music to keep me balanced.

WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?

JBD: Maybe in a southern country like Argentina, or Portugal. I’ll follow the sun. I need it.

BJ: Probably doing all the basic mid-life crises stuff.

WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?

JBD: A harvest? Well harvests can’t happen in the same time on the planet. A humanity harvest maybe… We‘ll all fall down. Hope not.

BJ: I think it is an Utopia. I haven’t heard about one society in the history of the world where everything worked 100 percent for everyone for some period of time. One of the few things that people who read this can be sure about is that they have been born and they will die. I think the world already had the harvest thousands of years ago and we missed it. I recommend people to listen to Starwalker, make the mind float and not think about it.
