Having released their debut album, Leave Me Alone, last week (8 January), Hinds are set to play a Sister Ray gig London’s Ace Hotel tonight (12) before kicking off a full UK today at Cambridge’s Portland Arms next month (15 February). In the meantime, two of the Spanish four-piece Carlotta Cosials (vocals, guitar), Ana Perrote (vocals, guitar) answered five questions for us.
WHO would play you in the film of your life?
Carlotta would be played by Chloë Sevigny (dyeing her hair, of course) Ana would be played by Jennifer Connelly
WHAT are you currently working on?
Even if you don’t believe it, our lives changed a lot in the last week, so Ana and Carlotta (here talking) recently went for three days to the coast to work in the new era: we just started to write songs for the second album!
WHY do you do that thing you do?
Because nobody is gonna do it if we don’t! Save the rock’n’roll. And save the freedom.
WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?
I guess just more mature. Still happy, still healthy.
WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?
