WHO would play you in the film of your life?

Philip Seymour Hoffman, I really think he was the best actor of all time… and although i’m a scrawny Englishman, you know he’d find a way. Either him or Alan Fletcher who plays Karl Kennedy in Neighbours. He’s also an accomplished singer songwriter which would help with the role.

WHAT are you currently working on?

I’m trying to dust off my production chops because I’ve been doing so much ‘songy’ stuff recently, trying to do something a bit more abstract and brutal in some collaborative projects.

WHY do you do that thing you do?

Yeah, that’s a roughy. That’s just the thing that emerges and it’s basically inexplicable… also I think profound laziness and unwillingness to get a real job plays quite a major part.

WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?

Ideally with a dish cloth over my shoulder and a publicans combover, running a boozer somewhere in the country with some bronze discs on the wall… I set myself quite a low bar.

WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?

Well certainly not for the next five years at least… we’ll be lucky if we get a cheese ploughman’s between now and then. Obviously when money stops being the boss we might have a shot at it, but it looks like that’s a distant and futile, low percentage dream for now.
