Superfood released their debut album Don’t Say That yesterday (3 November). We made the band’s Dom Ganderton say a few things though, the answers to five questions in particular
WHO would play you in the film of your life?
I would like to think that we would be played by the cast of the hangover. The guy with the beard and the baby who drugs everyone being me. Emily would be played by chow the guy locked in the boot. Carl the dentist who gets a tribal on his face. Ryan being the cool as chickens Bradley Cooper. Maybe the film would be loosely based around the morning after a show in Preston where we wake up and can’t find someone and have to retrace our steps through gross kebab houses to find them in time for the next show?
WHAT are you currently working on?
We’ve just started work on our own studio in Birmingham. It’s huge and I painted it soft apple green the other day, a really inspiring shade to get our creative juices flowing.
WHY do you do that thing you do?
Because we’re all pretty rubbish at everything else. Apart from golf, Ryan’s a master with a club.
WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?
Painting our studio beige because we need to slow down the amount of songs we are putting out.
WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?
Wow you just bought some memories of driving to the beach as a kid with my dad blaring this out. I don’t know when the harvest will be but it will be in Borth. (Isley Brothers rule)
