Having released their debut album Conversations in the summer, Woman’s Hour are heading out on the road, kicking off their UK tour on at the Village Underground in London on 23 September. We caught up with Fiona Burgess as she does her packing.

WHAT are you currently working on?
We’re spending a lot of time in our rehearsal space at the moment in between festivals. We’re working towards our headline tour in September / October so we’re trying some new things out.

WHY do you do that thing you do?
Because otherwise I’d be doing nothing.
WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?
Serving your kids McDonalds at a drive-thru.
WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?
Maybe after Band Aid re-re-re-release Do They Know It’s Christmas? It’s always worth another shot.
