Not only is Natalia Tena portraying one of the “still alive” characters in Game Of Thrones – she plays Osha – but the actress who has also appeared in Harry Potter fronts London band Molotov Jukebox. With new album Carnival Flower out today and a new series of dragons and such starting on 7 April, we thought we’d get to the bottom of this multi-taskery with five special questions.
WHO would play you in the film of your life?
Micky Rourke, or maybe Micky Rourke’s mum. When we met her in Brazil on our last tour I felt she had just the right balance of debauchery and hard edged practicality.
WHAT are you currently working on?
Gout. This is a result of months spent working on the new album Carnival Flower subsisting on cheese and red wine and sucking on liquorice sticks to prevent chain smoking. And scurvy.
WHY do you do that thing you do?
Cause it won’t stop itching.
WHERE do you see yourself in ten years?
In the library as a leader of an Amazonian feminist republic. With Colonel mustard, a sausage and a whole troop of Himalayan whistle children. On Eurovision. With a raw Cumbia beat and a Mojito.
WHEN will there be a harvest for the world?
It depends on the continued strength of the Gulf Stream, one hemisphere at a time.
